Eva Cristina Petiz de Freitas Lousã, Ph.D. in Organizational, Work, and Human Resources Psychology, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maia and an invited Adjunct Professor at ISCAP.PP. She coordinates the Master's program in Strategic Human Resources Management at the University of Maia. She is an integrated researcher at inED (Centre for Research and Innovation in Education) of Polytechnic of Porto and a member of CEOS.PP (Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto) and NECE-UBI (Research Centre for Business Sciences). Her research encompasses organizational culture, leadership, innovation, and human resources, focusing on digital transformation in organizations and learning systems. She investigates the evolution of work and learning modalities, competency development, and the balance between work, family, and personal life. She has collaborated with the University of Coimbra's Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences in the European Master on Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology—Erasmus Mundus program, conducting interviews, selecting international candidates, serving as a host tutor, and participating in academic juries. She is a certified psychologist and EQAVET expert (European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training). Actively contributing to international conferences (integrating Scientific and Organizing Committees), publications, and peer review. She has coordinated an insert into Active Life Office and Psychology Services. She has also coordinated and participated in several European and national projects in vocational education.
