O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito da unidade curricular de
Integração Curricular: Prática Educativa Supervisionada e representa o
culminar de um longo percurso de formação que, tendo tido início na
Licenciatura em Educação Básica, termina, agora, com a conclusão do
Mestrado em Ensino do 1º e 2º Ciclos do Ensino Básico.
Nas páginas deste relatório é demonstrado um pouco do percurso
formativo desenvolvido ao longo do último ano deste ciclo de estudos, onde a
prática e teoria se unem de uma forma reflexiva, conduzindo ao
desenvolvimento de uma prática educativa consistente e fundamentada,
sempre com o cunho pessoal da mestranda. Uma viagem retrospetiva pelos
momentos de aprendizagem, na qual é possível verificar que, para ser um
bom professor, deve ser-se indagador da própria prática, investindo na
qualidade da mesma, não permitindo a sua estagnação perante o progresso
constante do mundo atual. Paralelamente, verifica-se a complexidade
inerente a uma formação docente generalista, sendo que, por um lado, esta
permite uma visão holística da profissão, dotando a formanda de um maior
leque de competências e, por outro lado, este tipo de formação acarreta
responsabilidades acrescidas, devido ao seu carácter mais abrangente. O
sentimento de crescimento, quer pessoal quer profissional, fica, então,
explanado ao longo deste documento, cuja construção permitiu aprender e
refletir novamente sobre esta evolução.
This internship report is as part of the curricular unity of Curricular
Integration: Educational Practice and Training Report and represents the
culmination of a long journey of training, that having begun with a degree in
Basic Education, ends now with the completion of this Master’s degree in
Teaching of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education.
The pages of this report reflect the formative process developed over the
last year of this cycle of studies, where theory and practice come together in a
reflexive way, leading to the development of a consistent and reasoned
educational pratice, always anchored in a personal perspective.
A retrospective journey through the learning process, in which is possible
to verify that, to be a good teacher, one not only must question the pratice
but also invest on its quality preventing its stagnation before the steady
progress in the world today. At the same time, there is the inherent
complexity of a generalist teacher education as, on the one hand, this allows a
holistic view of the profession, providing the trainee to a wider range of skills
and, on the other hand, due to its more comprehensive nature, this type of
training entails added responsibilities. The feeling of personal and
professional growth is then explained throughout this document because, the
construction of which allowed to learn and reflect once more.
