Relatório de estágio da prática educativa supervisionada

O presente Relatório de Estágio inscreve-se no culminar do nosso percurso formativo no âmbito do Mestrado Profissionalizante em Educação Pré-Escolar, realizado em dois contextos de infância distintos, nomeadamente Creche e Educação Pré-Escolar. Assim, num primeiro momento convocamos autores de referência com vista a fundamentar e interpretar as propostas pedagógicas realizadas, assim como se atentaram a documentos legais que regulamentam as estratégias de trabalho da e com a infância, no que concerne a recursos físicos e humanos, bem como, a referenciais que sustentam e dão apoio ao trabalho dos profissionais de educação, quer da primeira como da segunda de infância. O documento, apresenta ainda a caracterização dos grupos de crianças, das instituições que nos acolheram e onde pudemos realizar o nosso trabalho em parcerias com outros atores dos contextos, bem como a metodologia adotada no decorrer da nossa Prática Educativa Supervisionada I e II. Com um caráter crítico e reflexivo, damos conta da descrição e análise das atividades desenvolvidas, bem como dos resultados obtidos, que procuramos justificar e fundamentar com as evidências da nossa evolução formativa e, das concretizações que a nossa ação educativa foi capaz de promover no que concerne às aprendizagens dos grupos envolvidos. Por fim, evocaremos constrangimentos e fragilidades com que nos deparámos, no decorrer do nosso percurso formativo, sem deixar de enfatizar tudo aquilo que se mostrou basilar e fundamental para o nosso crescimento pessoal e profissional, como os momentos felizes proporcionados pelas ‘nossas’ crianças
The present internship report subscribes to the culmination of our journey at the Preschool Master degree, developed out in two different infant contexts, more specifically in Nursery and Preschool. In this way, at a first moment was mention referenced authors to support and to interpret the pedagogical practices that were developed as well as the legal documents that regulate strategies of and with childhood work. This ones explain the physical and human resources necessary and the references that support the childhood educational professionals. The document presents, as well, the characterization of the children and the institutions that hosted us and where we realized the partnership work with the others agents of the contexts. In the same way, it’s explained the methodology adopted during the Educative Practical Supervision I and II. With a critical and reflexive posture, we are going to describe and analyze the activities that we develop, as well as, the results that we provide from them. This process allow to justify and enrich the formative evolution and all that our educative practice that are able to promote in the development of the group. Lastly, it appears the constraints and weaknesses that we confront in all the professional and formative path we took. It also mentions all the essential aspects that enriched our personal and professional growth and, obviously, all the happy moments that we lived with “our” children.
